| Piano recital by Lavinia O’meagher, who will play Haydn – Sonata in C minor HOB XIV/20. Mozart - K576 in D major. Beethoven - Op 110 in A flat. Lavinia O’Meagher has given many recitals in London, including the Wigmore Hall, and at music societies around the country. She was for many years a senior piano tutor at the City Lit, and now teaches privately in London. While living in Australia she studied with Schoenberger and also with Alexander Hmelnitsky, a graduate of the Moscow Conservatorium and a pupil of Rachmaninov. Later she studied in Paris with Marguerite Long, and at the Royal Academy of Music with Harold Craxton. 1.00 pm. £4.00 on the door. Only concession Friends of Gateway Arts £3.00.
